• Adopt the ^5.1.0 floor for the @takazudo/zudo-doc-history-server peer dependency, now that 5.1.0 is published. This floor lags a release by design: the showcase resolves the peer from the npm registry under --frozen-lockfile, so it can only ever name an already-published version — pointing it at an in-flight release would make the lockfile unresolvable and deadlock both CI and the publish workflows. It is therefore adopted after the fact rather than during the release (d53bd11)

• Retire the l-bump-deps maintainer skill and fold what it knew into RELEASE.md. It carried a hand-written six-entry pin map that had drifted from the code: it still described zfb as "stable 1.x" (the project is on 2.1.0), and two of the six locations it listed now derive their expected versions from the root package.json rather than hardcoding them, so they needed no manual edit at all. check:pin-parity already enforces every pin location authoritatively, so the runbook now describes the cycle as "bump, then run the check and fix what it names" — a form that cannot rot the same way (a1d8c96)
