Breaking Changes

Remove the @takazudo/zudo-doc/plugins/optional-peers export. Remove any explicit registration of that workaround plugin; ZFB now handles rejection-handled optional imports directly.
Require ZFB 5.0.1 or later in the 5.x line. Upgrade the ZFB engine, runtime, and Markdown WASM packages together. When using document history, upgrade @takazudo/zudo-doc-history-server to 8.x as well. Node.js 24 remains the minimum.
